3.1. This Plugin is currently available as a bespoke solution for specific clients.
3.2. Future commercial license will be provided on a per-website basis at £99 per year.
3.3. The license is non-transferable and for a single WordPress installation only.
3.4. Users are strictly prohibited from:- Redistributing the Plugin
- Modifying the Plugin code
- Reverse engineering the Plugin
- Selling or sublicensing the Plugin
- Using the Plugin on multiple websites under a single license
- Technical Requirements
4.1. WordPress website with HTTPS capability
4.2. Valid JobAdder account with API access
4.3. Hosting environment that supports:- Current PHP version with TLS support
- REST API capabilities
- WordPress minimum requirements
4.4. SSL certificate (required for OAuth2 authentication)
- Usage Limitations
5.1. The Plugin’s functionality is subject to JobAdder’s API limitations
5.2. Users must comply with JobAdder’s terms of service and API usage policies
5.3. The Developer is not responsible for any limitations or changes imposed by JobAdder - Support and Maintenance
6.1. Support inquiries should be directed to [email protected]
6.2. Response time for support queries is up to 2 weeks
6.3. Support is provided at the Developer’s discretion
6.4. The Developer is not obligated to provide:- Custom modifications
- Feature requests
- Immediate bug fixes
- Real-time support
- Payment and Refunds
7.1. Payment is required annually for commercial licenses
7.2. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
7.3. License fees are non-transferable - Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. The Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranties
8.2. The Developer does not guarantee:- Uninterrupted service
- Plugin compatibility with all WordPress versions
- Plugin compatibility with all JobAdder API versions
- Continuous functionality during JobAdder service interruptions
- Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Developer shall not be liable for:- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions
- Business losses
- Any indirect or consequential damages
9.2. Maximum liability is limited to the annual license fee paid
- Termination
10.1. The Developer reserves the right to terminate licenses for:- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse of the Plugin
10.2. Upon termination: - All Plugin access rights cease
- The Plugin should be uninstalled
- No refunds will be provided
- Changes to Terms
11.1. These Terms may be updated at any time
11.2. Continued use of the Plugin constitutes acceptance of updated Terms - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
